Robbery of the Citizens Bank
The FBI and the Philadelphia Police Department are seeking the public's assistance to identify and locate the subject responsible for the robbery of the Citizens Bank branch located at 1515 Market Street at approximately 11:10 a.m. today.
The unidentified subject entered the branch at approximately 11:10 a.m. and made a verbal demand for money and threatened to be armed. The subject fled the bank after obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash. There were no injuries. The subject may have red dye stains on his skin or clothes.
The subject is described as a black male, 30's, 5'-9", medium build, light complected, curly dark hair, thick beard and mustache, brown eyes, tan jacket and blue jeans.

This male subject is also believed to be responsible for the 6/12/09 robbery of the Bank of America Branch located at 1600 JFK Blvd, Philadelphia, PA.
This subject is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information is asked to call the FBI at 215-418-4000 or the Philadelphia Police Department. There may be a reward available for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of this subject. Tipsters can remain anonymous.
