Seeking Information on Vanessa Perez

The Philadelphia Division of the FBI and the Philadelphia Police Department are seeking the public's assistance in locating Vanessa Perez, described as a Hispanic female, 20 years of age, 5'3" tall, and 155 pounds. Perez was last known to be living in the Philadelphia area, with no fixed address.

Perez is wanted in connection with the kidnapping yesterday of a 1-year-old boy in Philadelphia. The boy was recovered safely in Montgomery County, Maryland last night by special agents from the Baltimore Division of the FBI. However, Perez remains a fugitive. She has been charged federally in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania with kidnapping.
