Robbery of Wachovia Bank
The FBI is requesting the assistance of the public to identify the individual alleged to be responsible for the robbery of the Wachovia Bank branch located at 2300 Snyder Avenue, Philadelphia, PA, on Thursday, October 9, 2008 at approximately 3:35 p.m.
The subject is described as a white male, in his mid 20's to 30 years old, approximately 6'0" to 6'3", with a thin build. His hair and goatee were strawberry blond. He was wearing a dark colored hooded sweat shirt and black sneakers.
The robber entered the bank, approached the counter and passed a threatening demand note to the teller. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, he fled the bank on foot heading East on Snyder Ave. There were no injuries.
