Robbery of Citizens Bank
The FBI is requesting the assistance of the public to identify the individual alleged to be responsible for the robbery of the Citizens Bank located inside the Giant Supermarket at 539 North Oak Avenue in Aldan, PA, on Tuesday, September 9, 2008 at approximately 12:28 p.m.
The subject is described as a black male in his 30's, approximately 6'1", with a medium build. He was clean shaven and wearing a red Philadelphia Phillies hat and a blue long-sleeved T-shirt. He was talking on a cellular telephone throughout the course of the robbery.
The subject approached the bank counter and presented the teller with a demand note which indicated that he had a gun. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, he fled the bank in what witnesses described as a light colored vehicle with a dent in the right front quarter panel. There were no injuries.

The subject is also being investigated for his possible involvement in the August 30, 2008, robbery of the Commerce Bank in Glenolden, PA.
