Robbery of PNC Bank
The FBI is requesting the assistance of the public to identify the individual alleged to be responsible for the robbery of the PNC bank located at 2401 Welsh Rd on Monday, August 11, 2008 at approximately 2:33 p.m.
The subject is described as a White male, approximately 25 years old and 6' tall, with a medium build and red facial hair. He was wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt with "NIKE" written across the front, a mustard yellow baseball hat and sunglasses.
The robber entered the bank, approached the teller counter and presented a demand note. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, he fled the bank in an unknown direction. There were no injuries.

The robber is believed to be responsible for two additional Philadelphia area bank robberies over the last few weeks:
1. Robbery of the Mayfair Credit Union located at 2844 St. Vincent on 7/11/08.
2. Robbery of the Bank of America located at 1000 Cottman Ave on 7/25/08.
