York Haven Man Sentenced for Investment Scheme
PHILADELPHIA—Bryan Edward Enders, 27, of York Haven, PA, was sentenced today to 36 months in prison for an investment scheme, announced United States Attorney Michael L. Levy. Enders induced an investor to turn money over to him for investment in a real estate partnership. But instead of investing the money, Enders used it for his own personal expenditures. In total, the victim lost over $400,000. Enders pleaded guilty to one count of wire fraud on August 13, 2009.

In addition to the prison term, U.S. District Court Judge Legrome D. Davis ordered Enders to pay restitution in the amount of $ 494,174, and ordered Enders immediately remanded.
The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Joan E. Burnes.
