Philadelphia Man Charged in Bank Robbery
United States Attorney Michael L. Levy today announced the filing of an indictment against
Theodore R. Young charging him with three counts of bank robbery committed between March 12,
2009 and April 2, 2009.

If convicted the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of sixty years in prison, 3
years supervised release, a $750,000 fine and $300 special assessment.
The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and is being prosecuted
by Assistant United States Attorney Andrea G. Foulkes.
