Bank Branch Manager Indicted for Embezzlement

Indictment against Katherine M. Harrell charging that she engaged in 75 acts of bank embezzlement during a two-year period while she worked as a branch manager at United Savings Bank in South Philadelphia. In total, she stole more than half a million dollars from six customer accounts.
