Two Philadelphia Men Charged with Bank Fraud
Acting United States Attorney Laurie Magid today announced the filing of an 1 information charging two defendants with bank fraud which involved the fraudulent obtaining ofunsecured lines of credit totaling approximately $120,000 from Citizens Bank and the fraudulent cashing of checks drawn on the unsecured lines of credit with Citizens Bank in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

If convicted of all charges, each of the defendants faces of maximum sentence of 30 years imprisonment and restitution.
This case was investigated by the United States Postal Inspection Service, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the United States Secret Service. It is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Ewald Zittlau.
